From Table to Territory: Your Journey into Italian Flavor

In the landscape of Italian food and wine tourism, Vinhood stands out for a unique approach that goes far beyond simple tasting. It’s not just about enjoying good wine and food, it’s about truly experiencing the region, discovering the stories, traditions, and landscapes that make each Italian region a universe of flavors to explore.

An Experiential Approach to the Territory

Vinhood’s philosophy is clear: taste is the starting point, not the destination. Each food and wine journey is designed as an immersive experience that engages all the senses, allowing participants to deeply connect with the territory they are visiting.

The itineraries go beyond the classic winery visits. They include explorations of historical and natural sites — from ancient saltworks that tell centuries of tradition, to medieval villages preserving ancient recipes, to breathtaking landscapes that create the perfect backdrop for tastings. Every element is carefully chosen to enrich the storytelling of the territory through the guiding thread of taste.

Selecting the Partner Wineries

Behind every Vinhood experience lies meticulous work in selecting partner wineries. It’s not just about choosing quality producers, but about identifying businesses that embody the essence of the territory, have meaningful stories to tell, and share the same passion for authenticity.

Each winery is chosen for its ability to represent not only winemaking excellence but also local tradition, sustainable innovation, and the genuine hospitality that defines the best of Made in Italy.

The Success of the Langhe with WeRoad

A concrete example of this philosophy is the collaboration with WeRoad to create 11 weekend trips in the Langhe region. This experience was designed together with Vinhood’s team — taste experts and territory promoters — who take care of the entire trip: from itinerary planning to accommodation selection and on-site experiences.

The itinerary starts in Alba with a welcome dinner to discover the local culinary tradition, continues to Barolo with its unique atmosphere and the Falletti Castle, and includes visits to La Morra — the “balcony of the Langhe” — with tastings and light lunches at wineries. Stops in charming villages such as Monforte or Neive are included, along with photo moments at the famous “Big Benches.”

This project has proven that it is possible to combine experiential tourism with high-quality food and wine, creating a format that is both replicable and scalable.

Expansion Toward New Territories

The success of the Langhe model has paved the way for new projects. Vinhood is now working on expanding into other renowned Italian wine regions:

The historic land of Amarone offers rolling hills, Venetian villas, and a thousand-year-old winemaking tradition. The itineraries currently being developed will include visits to historic wineries, Amarone and Ripasso tastings, and explorations of the charming villages that dot the Veronese hills.

Toscana

From the Chianti hills to the more innovative areas of Maremma, Tuscany is a land of endless possibilities. The upcoming itineraries will range from iconic wineries in Montalcino and Montepulciano to emerging producers along the coast, always including cultural and scenic highlights.

Knowledge as Added Value

What sets Vinhood apart in the food and wine tourism world is its deep knowledge of the territory and its producers. This is not about organizing simple tours but about building authentic bridges between travelers and the land, enabling genuine encounters and meaningful discoveries.

Each experience is the result of relationships built over time with local producers, restaurateurs, guides, and regional operators. This network of contacts provides access to places and stories that are often hidden from traditional tourist routes.

The Future of Experiential Wine Tourism

Vinhood is redefining the concept of wine tourism, transforming it from mere consumption into a true cultural experience. At a time when travelers are seeking authenticity and meaning, this approach represents the future of the industry.

The goal is to continue expanding the network of territories and partners while keeping quality and authenticity at the heart of every experience. Because every sip of wine, every bite of local food, every breathtaking view should become a piece of a bigger story — the story of Italy and its infinite richness.

With Vinhood, food and wine travel becomes a complete experience that nourishes body, mind, and spirit. It’s not just about tasting — it’s about living, understanding, and taking home a true piece of the Italy you visited. An approach that turns every weekend or trip into an unforgettable adventure at the heart of Italian taste.
